At Markets Xchange, we require a minimum deposit hence the amount varies depending on the deposit method. Requirements are as follows:

  • E-Wallets: 1000
  • Crypto: Crypto value of 1000.
  • Credit/Debit Card: 1000.
  • Bank Wire: 1000.


Regardless of the preferred deposit method, it is of great importance that you provide us with the following valid documentation. In case the customer fails to submit the KYC documents within 2 weeks from the deposit, the company remains the right to suspend and deactivate client’s account without any prior notice.

  1. 1. Identity card or passport;
  2. 2. Utility bill or bank statement of the last 2 months with your address of residence clearly shown;
  3. Documents should be sent to customer@marketsxchange.com
  4. If you deposit funds using your credit or debit card, Markets Xchange additionally requires copies of both sides of the card used to fund your account:
    • The front side of the card should clearly display the cardholder’s full name, the expiration date of the card, the first six digits of the card and the last four digits of the card.
    • On the back side of the card the clients should cover the CVV code and make sure that the card is signed.


There is a maximum deposit amount which varies depending on the deposit method. Credit Card: Limit per transaction 5000 (USD, EUR, GBP).
