HOW CAN I DEPOSIT?

Depositing funds into your trading account at Markets Xchange is secure, easy and quick. This process takes only few minutes to complete. In case of any questions an account manager will be at your disposal.

CREDIT CARD

To fund Your account via the credit/debit card is fast and simple:

  1. Log in to the trading platform;
  2. Press “Deposit” button;
  3. Select your deposit amount and input necessary information.
  • Cards supported: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Time to credit account: Instant
  • Processing fee: 0%
CRYPTO TRANSFERS

For your convenience and security we do accept Crypto-currencies as funding method too!

If you wish to fund your account with Crypto-currencies, just inform your account manager or contact us via the email backoffice@marketsxchange.com so that we provide you the instructions and Crypto-wallet address for your funding.

E-WALLETS

E-wallet is another solution to start trading on the spot! Use one of our available

  • Processing fee: depends on Your bank

IS THERE A MINIMUM DEPOSIT?

Markets Xchange does require a minimum deposit hence the amount varies depending on the funding method. Requirements are as follows:

  • E-Wallets: 250
  • Crypto: Crypto value of 250 USD.




IMPORTANT NOTE

Regardless of the your chosen funding method Markets Xchange requires for a copy of your valid:


  • Identity card or passport;
  • Utility bill or bank statement of the last 2 months with your address of residence clearly shown;
  • Documents should be sent to backoffice@marketsxchange.com
  • If you deposit funds using your credit or debit card, Markets Xchange additionally requires copies of both sides of the card used to fund your account. The front side of the card must clearly display the expiration date and your full name as well as the last 4 digits of the 16 digit card number (you may cover the first 12 digits for security reasons). The back side of the card must be signed and you are advised to cover the CVV code.



IS THERE A MAXIMUM DEPOSIT?

Markets Xchange does have a maximum deposit amount which varies depending on the funding method. Credit Card: Limit per transaction 5000 (USD, EUR, GBP).
